Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fraud, or abuse. 2. Listings Owners and brokers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for honouring the details shown. Cabanly reviews listings but is not a party to any rental or sale agreement. 3. Bookings & inquiries Booking requests and inquiries are made directly with the owner or broker. Cabanly is not responsible for the conduct of either party or for any offline arrangement. 4. Payments Subscription and package payments are governed by the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. 5. Liability Cabanly is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
